This year, versions equipped with this transmission integrate a new exclusive package: the GTI 380. Among other features, it offers adaptive suspension, 19-inch wheels with performance tires, as well as a roof and mirror caps painted in glossy black.
Under the hood of all 2024 VW GTI trims is the same engine: a turbocharged 2.0 L TSI with 241 horsepower and 273 lb-ft of torque.
The major difference is in the transmission: manual versions offer 6 speeds while those equipped with automatic transmission offer 7 speeds (DSG gearbox).
